Nowadays the thickness, lightness, and of course flavour are just as I hoped they would be. Other recipes I attempted before named for a lot of cream, creating truly tricky ice-product. This just one is beautifully organization but smooth.My son in law's favourite is tart frozen cherries and just enough from the juice to produce the ice cream pink.
